Support Scouting in Manila 8 Ward / Unit 1206
The LDS Scouting Handbook states (8:13): "Friends of Scouting. The Church supports the annual Friends of Scouting drive. These funds provide financial support for the local BSA council. Stake presidents and bishops oversee the drive in their units."
We have the opportunity each year to contribute to the Boy Scouts of America program through the annual Friends of Scouting (FOS) drive. Funds raised during the drive are funds that are applied to the upcoming year’s budget for our local council. The Utah National Parks Council uses their budget to serve and support the local programs in a variety of ways. Some of the ways the council supports the local programs with this budget are by maintaining, improving and staffing the local camps and providing training to our local leaders who serve and train our youth throughout the year.

and a member of the Bishopric will hand or mail out a donor card and information on how to donate. If you did not get that information then follow the steps below to donate.
Please read carefully and follow these simple steps:
Step 1:
Find your QR Code from the list provided. Use a smart phone with a QR reader app (i.e. RL Classic) and scan in your QR Code. This will immediately sign you in and you are now ready to donate. If you do not have a smart phone or QR reader app then copy your ID Code at the bottom of the QR code so you can use in the next step.

Step 2:
Click LOGIN and enter in your ID code under Existing Users on the left then click Send.
If you do not have a ID Code then click Send under New User. When prompted put in Unit 1206 so our unit can be credited.
